kinesio tape
Has anyone ever used kinesio tape? I was injured in a car accident (bruised bone in my left knee) and the physical therapist put this on the other day. It is amazing!! I feel 99% better....I was on the road to recovery before this, he put it on when there was this sudden intense sharp pain out of the blue, but now with the tape I feel ready to do almost anything now.
Just curious if anyone has used it and what their opinion was.
And yeah its the funny black stuff Kerri Walsh uses. Lance Armstrong has too and he calls it "magic tape" with "magic powers."
