Going to Timberman

My husband and I signed up for Timberman 70.3 last night. Anyone who's been there before have a suggestion for hotels? They have a list on the website, but it's hard to choose when you don't know what it *really* looks like, and I'm not much of a camping enthusiast...especially with two kids and possibly the babysitter or mother-in-law coming with

Sorry, I never stay in that area, only pass through on my way for climbing up in North Conway. I'll be camping for t-man -- fully understand your reservations about doing this with a whole family in tow :-)
