I have it and think it's great. It's a very similar concept to Chi Running which I read before I got this DVD. It's got a few interesting drills but for me the biggest positive was the visual reinforcement. This is probably geared to the more advanced runner looking to improve his/her technique and go faster. Personally I used it as a way to stop injuries by learning proper running form so I didn't get as much from the speedwork/drills. However on the plus side I can now run a marathon or Ironman and not have my knees screaming in pain after even a short 3 miler.
haha i was just about to say that the concept is very similar to chi running, in which you should firm up your core and lean from the ankles to speed up.
Basically higher cadence - not too bad for injury prevention, if you ask me, but it's usually easier said than done.
