Two things ended this week
Jamie's Stay: She PTFOed. Left for Florida with Stephan, whom was also here for the week during break. They are driving down, passing the wreckage the tornados left in its wake. Why its taking them longer than 24 hours to get there, I'll never know. Stephan, you could've consulted Burkett. She knows her stuff. Its true. No its not.
Jilian's Presence: Wait, what?! C'mon Colin, you barely knew this girl for two weeks. The very mention of her name gave you a case of the Sighs. And that’s where the problems started for her. Apparently, I'm too intense of a person. Considering she’s one day shy of five years younger than me, she mentioned that I have more of a goal fleshed out for my future than she does. She isn't ready to settle. And my behavior, at least to her, suggested I did. I tried contesting, but that was just making it worse. So... where we are right now, I really couldn't tell you. I'm a bit depressed about it, but I am certainly functional. At first, I thought this upset was affecting me physically, but due to too much whatever I ate last night during D&D, I threw up and now I feel much better. I do much better when I have something to think about, so as long as I distract myself with things, I'll be just as good as I was on Friday, April 15th, 2011 in a few days, tops. I wish things worked out differently. But wishing about the past isn't improving my future. "Onward," as Andrew would say.
