My Biggest Surprise

I just returned from my 11 days vacation at Korea. To be honest, I thought it would be the worst for many reasons... For one, I missed a couple of great opportunities to see people that I like.

Just before TVXQ's comeback my Korean friend offered me to watch Inkigayo tapping on October 21, said her husband could get me in privately. This was where I regretted being someone who always plan ahead of time! I couldn't change my Busan KTX nor Hotel reservation. The tapping (if on time) would be from 2 - 5 pm. If I catch the latest KTX to Busan, I would only arrive at 10pm. Then another 1 hour train ride to Haeundae Beach, where our hotel was. What if it's not done by 5? She said TVXQ (most likely) always on the last in the list.

Another thing that I missed was Running Man tapping. At that time I didn't know how in the world my friend's husband could've gotten me in for Inkigayo or Running Man, didn't even ask her what his occupation was cause I was too sad for missing those two events T___T

For 10 days I couldn't enjoy my trip really well. Another lesson: Don't travel with more than 4 companions. No matter how well you arrange things, some people tend to think that it's garbage and better to wander around by themselves. Not to mention that I got very emotional at some moments that I wished I could just leave and travel by myself before we returned home.

Then before I left there's an announcement of Catch Me Special Edition. I vowed to buy it in Seoul! But before I did my friend emailed me: "Don't buy TVXQ's new album, I have it prepared for you." Yeah, okay... she bought it before the 23rd so it must be the regular edition. I thought maybe I should just buy the Sp Edition anyway? But something held me back from buying every time I dropped by a CD store.

On my last day in Seoul I made an appointment to meet my friend at our Seoul office (she works in the same company actually :)). When I got there we had a warm hugs, a bit hello here and there before she took us to lunch. And just before we left she suddenly got out Catch Me Album from her purse and told me: "I'm sorry that it's not covered with the plastic packaging anymore."

I told her, "Oh, that's fine! I'm happy that you remember to buy it for me!" Then she smiled as she held up the CD in front of my face: "Because I got my husband to get them sign the CD for you." My jaw dropped for a few seconds. Then I screamed!! ROFL Here's the signed CD:

Somehow, I was so happy that I even forgot to take the CD from her but hugged my other friend who's standing next to me. And that's not the biggest surprise! She kept smiling as she flipped open the sleeve and told me: "And he got Yunho to write down your name!"

This time I really screamed at the office!! Fortunately everyone's out for lunch already but one MD who came up to us and laughed at me!! Then the boss told me what my friend's husband does for living. Apparently he's Running Man PD and he got them to sign the CD on their tapping LOL

So yeah... the vacation ended well for me in the end... On our last night me and my 2 close friends went to see SWAN LAKE BALLET - Korean style at Sejong Performing Arts Center in Gwanghamun.

Yes, I still want the Special Edition because of the DVD, but for the time being, I'm content with playing the regular CD and see my name in Yunho's handwriting while listening to "I Swear".

surprise, tvxq, dbsk
