There is a good chance that in September, I will be able to go see Maya Angelou speak. ahhh. She's speaking at the college where my mom works, my mom came home all excited the other day because she knows she's my favorite poet/author. My mom wants to go too. I am so excited, ahaha.
In other news, I have an interview tomorrow. The district doesn't have anything "permanent", but they are in desperate need of subs. The secretary to the superintendent told me that I could get calls every day to sub there...and most districts have said they don't hire anyone who hasn't been a sub in their district already. Soooo...your prayers would be greatly appreciated.
I'm giving blood today...then helping with VBS stuff. Then I'm going to buy the JM cd. ♥ Then it's off to see The Skeleton Key with Dana.
