Oh, sorry. I just have never gone duck hunting before. And the only animals I know that are around belong to others so...

... I wouldn't say that. Thinking positively about the city and the people ... why does that make you an optimist? I mean, everyone is good deep down and no reason to distrust or think poorly of them. And a city and its working is made up of such people.
