In either case.. the fact that one of the two most preeminent Right-wing Think tanks--The Heritage Foundation (The American Enterprise Institute being the other--CATO is libertarian which is not right-wing in my book..)--actually starts advocating that the Pentagon Should Battle Pirates and Terrorists with Laser Technology, I cannot help but think that Conservatism in America really has begun to take a bit too much after Dr. Evil.
