First time in likely 2 years.
SO i'm in Red Deer, AB lovin' it with fires and singing and camping starting tommorrow for basically a week, it will be fun.
I got a sunburn today ouch! But it is alright through breathing exercises and "Ozinol" i am fine.
Also over the past 3 days my Dad, Rob (a friend), and I built a new deck on this house it was good except the sunburn.
I am going the the Canmore Folk Festival next weekend with the family and likely several friends and it looks as if it is going to be a good time, with Music and workshops and mountains and possible excursions to Banff. It will just be a good time.
Well that is about it for now, might write again in some undetermined number of days/years.
