I have made delicious dried fruit-hazelnut-orangepeel-chocolate-linseed scones :) Perfect with grape jelly and cactus tea :)

Today will be lots of Russian since I can't go out and do much anyway because of the sudden snowfall. Russian and the How-to-learn-any-langue forum just because it makes me feel bad :D

Hmm... you are another one of those Canadians? Where is Thompson? I'm kind of guessing there are a couple of them around.

I have now looked it up on a map! I knew it sounded familiar, but couldn't really pinpoint it :) We're almost at the same latitudes, you at 55 and I at 59! Dunno how much difference those couple of degrees make though. I just know that over here we should really be all frozen down, logically speaking, without the gulf stream :)

That is a quite cool place to be at though, but perhaps a bit impractical when you want to go somewhere else?

By the way, are you close to where the polar bears are?
