I definitely understand that one and it feels very familiar! :D Now, with my new toy, it's like I can't just have fun with it while Tom is cooking dinner, and then go to bed without giving him anything. That'd be mean, he cooks for me and rubs my feet the whole evening after all ;)
Do you know kefir? Kefir is "fil", mjölk is "milk", so filmjölk is what it sounds like, something in between. The taste of kefir, but thinner. Easier to mix with cereals. It is excellent to use if you have an irritation going down downstairs (provided you're a girl), so filmjölk can practically be used for anything. It is very common in baking as well. Sweden has perhaps 70 dairy products while Norway has 5, so using Swedish recipees is sometimes a bother.
I made white chocolate-hazelnut cookies and potatoe flour white simple cookies (soo light and airy) for tonight's dessert. We're having dark chocolate-rum crème, and it said biscuits was good to have with it. Instead of buying some (quite impossible, there is like 2 sorts of cookies in Norway), I thought I'd make some. :)
