Back to the land of the crazies
Dear diary, I am sooooo sad.
LOL. JUST KIDDING. Doin' pretty okay. It sucks sooooo bad that I have be back here and already have a 15-20 page paper assigned though. The after christmas atmosphere sure does suck. I got in at 2:30 last night after waiting at the airport for two girls from France to arrive. To my dismay I realized I forgot my watch AND my alarm clock.... CRAAPPPPP. I didn't have any classes this morning though so I just slept until it was too noisy to go on.
There were no teary goodbyes at the airport either. Mom and dad basically dropped me off at the airport, gave me a hug and said smell ya later! They went out to supper. Unimpressed. About the abandonment. Didn't even well up. (8)I'm a big kid now!(8)
I had a wicked break. Hung out with Hans a bunch, always fun. Although I'm still waiting for the present I got him to arrive..... Frustrating. I did a lot of TV/movie watching, making Amanda laugh really hard trying to teach her aerobics, reading and relaxing. I got to see/hang out with my buds. I like having a school family and a home family. It's nice. New Years was awesome. Went from having no plans to goin to the Casino. I had a blast watching other people gamble away. Dinner was sooo worth the wait. Yummy. The rest of the evening was eventful. I had a good time. It was so nice to be home. One can only hope this semester goes as fast. Halfway done year two. Keep 'er commin'.
I think I'll play with my new phone. Read up on all it's crazy features while I wait for Katie and Kara.
You know what sucks about packing? UNPACKING. Oh the joys of living next to a boy..... I mean. I'm not afraid to let a burp or two go... but geeze..... Burpy McGee's gonna burp up his insides.
The immersion kids are arriving now. :D I only have 8 people in my corner now.
