Micky was still in a state of mild anger, even though she'd gotten over her original fury at her mother. The biggest difference was that she didn't bitch and moan to everyone else, but she didn't say anything about it.
She rummaged through her trunk, looking for the box of chocolates someone gave her for her birthday. She'd been saving them, and now she could have a chat with one of her best friends and maybe have some chocolate too. It was comforting, she knew it. She picked out the box, only to see another one underneath. Bollocks, she swore under her breath. She'd bought love-potion-spiked chocolates ages ago from the Weasley shop, maybe because they'd be entertaining to use on someone she didn't like. And she'd left them in her trunk, not really bothering to look at them again.
And the two boxes were identical.
Swearing under her breath again, she picked up the top one and left the dorm. She made her way to the Hufflepuff area and got inside, making her way up to his dorm so they could have a chat and hoping that Lacy wasn't around.
