Nigel Dawes is underrated everywhere except for Cranbrook, BC and the stat sheets. Granted he isn't an all around player but compare him to Brule and ask any coach in the dub who he'd want on the ice in OT and unless the coach is a racist, it should be Dawes. Put him out on a three-minute shift and he would still have the ability to burn past any fresh defensman in the dub... but looks like he just got a concussion so I guess I jinxed him. 4-4 Now going into OT. Keller slames Dawes from behind drawing a 5min major and game misconduct which threw the top scorer out of the game and gave the other top scorer a concussion, gotta love the game.
So I to ref games in the USA hockey pacific district select camp... the best u-18 and u-16 players in California, Washington, Oregon and Alaska. Scouts & agents flock from every major hockey leauge to watch this, and I better not screw up. Way over my head. I've now confirmed that I'll be doing try-outs for the Fort Vancouver Pioneers. How am I supposed to practice my physical game when I can't hardly touch anyone in SR. leauge? So I'm beyond over my head... I'm like 12 ft over my head. And I suck at these telecourses so that makes three self inflicted wounds.
I do some fight sparring with cam sometimes and can never bring myself to go all out and tag him in the face which brings up the question in my mind as to how well I'll be able to throw during try-outs. I also wonder if I act professional before, during and after a fight like I know I'm supposed to. Funny I don't celebrate when I score a goal even as rare as it is... But can I win a fight, lose a fight or start a fight and still keep a cool head and composure throughout the whole time?
I'm not blind enough to be blind but just enough to be retarted, but what others don't realize is that as blind as I am, they are just as blind but not in the way that they can see. How do you explain color to a person that has never been able to see?
