Tonight mom brought out a sugee cake for me to cut as a birthday cake. It was a simple, unadorned cake, but it was good. Dripping with brandy, if you know what I mean.
But Craig would not stay out of the picture. Here he is shaved bald again... hair for hope.
We also set up the awesome Nespresso Pixie that my GC gang gave us as a housewarming present. They even gave us an Aeroccino to froth milk with. Alas, the wires were too short and we were short of an extension cable. A problem we corrected with a quick trip to the hardware shop across the road.

In ten minutes, I turn officially 39! And a very happy birthday to my fellow 12th of July birthday babies Char and PF!
