I am shocked to hear about James Gandolfini's death. He was only 51. Like many people I became a fan from his role as Tony in the Sopranos. Anyway, whenever I hear about someone dying in their 50s I wonder why I don't take better care of myself. Gandolfini had a heart attack.

I have been awake since three and that is a bit early. I thinks I'll need a nap today.
