Another day, another week
Another chance to get it right.:) Hope every one has a great week.
Feeling giddy about my amaryllis plants budding and blooming here and there. Hello my pretties.
I must remember to watch CBS Sunday morning.
I have been faithful to painting every morning lately, I just need to add treadmill to that effort. I must do it in the morn because as the day carries on it will get up into the 80s and I can not er will not exercise in that heat. I am grateful to not be living in flooding areas, although ojai has a very high water table and our back yard use to have a creek running through. One never really knows what nature will bring on. I watched "The Impossible" last week which was sad but good and did have a happy ending. It would be horrifying to go under in a Tsunami and the visual effects in the movie were well done and eerie.
This week I ordered Silver Linings Playbook from Amazon and loved it. DH found it boring. Oh well, its no wonder since he prefers action movies (which bore me to kingdom come, if that makes sense.) If you have a family member who is difficult or in fact suffers from mental illness this movie will hit home for you. Some people won't tolerate family members like that but those who don't have the heart to dismiss them will endure their suffering as they will suffer themselves. Mental illness affects everyone in its path. Anyway, the movie was touching and sweet and I liked the dialogue. I love movies with lots of dialogue. The characters were interesting and well acted. Thumbs up. Oh dear, saying that reminded me of Roger Ebert. :(
