Good Times!
Hello hello!
I had a good time at the cottage yesterday. At first it was kind of boring coz it was raining and really blah outside. But me and Tim and Scotty played a game of Risk (I suck at that game... I seriously never rolled anything higher than a four.) and some Nintendo. We were planning on going fishing all day, but WHOOPS, Tim didn't bring any worms. What a wiener.
So after a while, Tim's mom and dad decided to go into Rutherglen (little butt frig nowhere town) to the little store there to get more alcohol (LoL) and so we could get some worms.
Once we did that we started fishing!! I caught the BIGGEST fish I ever caught! It was even bigger than my foot! I was SO excited!!! :D Usually I go for rock bass, coz they're really easy to catch. So the fact that I caught an actual bass was really freaking exciting.
After I had been fishing for a couple of hours we went back into the cottage and watched some Friends. Then we got bored and went back outside to play baseball with a stick and pinecone. Amanda and I were the umpires, and we decided we won the game for being so damn hawt hahaha
Then it was dinner time: Broccoli salad (ew), carrots (ew), Roast Pork on the barbeque (mmmm!!), home made bread, corn on the cob and cheesy potatoes! Good food! :D Then we went down to the bonfire and had some marshmallows while Tim's dad and Amanda's dad set off some fire works with a blow torch. (Yah, didn't sound like a good idea to me either!)
That pretty much ended our night, and Tim's brother drove me home with his girlfriend, which was really akward. He drove way too friggin fast, had the music blaring, and it was raining too. He kept swerving off to the left and I thought I was going to die.
But then I got home and my parents came home from where ever they were, and they decided they wanted some wangs, I mean wings, from the Moose, so we ordered five pounds of wings lol So we sat around for an hour and watched Raymond and Friends, then we ate our snack, and I went up to bed.
Now it's twenty after ten and I'm just about off to go to Tim Horton's then to work until 6:00. I work with Kayla, so it should be a good time. *nods*
Oh yes - today's the day that Maegs may get to meet Kalan. So everyone cross their fingers for her because she TOTALLY deserves to meet this guy!! *crosses fingers* Lurve you Maegs - you can do it!!! :D
