I called Comcast to fix my WiFi issue and for the Ring I needed to split the bandwidth into 2.4 and 5 GHZ. Also, I have waaaay too many passwords since I found out that the one I thought was my password was for my Xfinity account.

Good news-I can use my remote with the microphone one it to say to my TV, what's my password and it'll come up on the screen.

Bad news-Still unable to connect the Ring up, since it keeps saying "unable to connect RING-xxxx" after many tries and troubleshooting.

rant, i hate technology
