Camping Weekend
This past weekend, I was in Vanderpool, camping at Lost Maples with about 30 other triathletes. Saturday morning we all headed out and road between 60 and 137 miles. The road are pretty hilly and mostly chip seal, so it's always a tough ride.effendi was nice enough to share these with me, they are the routes for the 60 mile loop 80 mile route
It was a great day for cycling Saturday. Camping is always fun b/c you really do just get to relax. No computer, tv or cell phone to bug you and at night, the stars are spectacular!!!
Sunday morning it had already started raining, so instead of riding, JT and I headed out for a 2 hour trail run. It was absolutely wonderful. After a weekend like that, it's always a little earsier to come back to work on Monday.
