I started my day off with a swim at the YMCA. It felt pretty good considering I hadn't in a week.
I got home from work, and put my workout clothes on. I sat down to use my tp massage ball set to roll out my quads and hamstrings. Next thing I know, I wake up and it's 9:00pm. At first I thought it was morning! Needless to say, this threw off the rest of my evening. I was wide awake till 5:00am. I finally dozed off at about 5:30 and woke up at 8:15. So I guess got 6 hours of sleep last night, just not all at one stretch.
Strangeness...
