ACL Friday
Friday started off very nicely. I woke up around 8:00 am and then decided it would be good idea to go get groceries before the craziness started. Then around noon-ish, my friend Mike showed up and we went to Chango's to grab a quick lunch. We came back to my apartment and I made up a batch of my famous Richell-aritas. Then we headed to Zilker for the ACL Festival. It was lots of fun and I ran into people I hadn't seen in awhile and even into some people who I wouldn't think to have seen who would have thought with all those people...Id run into so many that I know?? :) (stupid question, I know)
I was home by about 11 last night and as the nieghbors upstairs started to party, I fell asleep. The craziness will be tonight, where I won't get any sleep at all.
This morning I woke up and went for a 2 1/2 hour ride with Laurie and Kelly. We rode some repeats on Lost Creek in the middle of bike. It rained a little on us, we had one lady yell at use (after she buzzed us) saying we were suppose to be single file... we yelled back saying the law was TWO ABREAST !!! and I then I yelled, " IT DOESN'T MATTER, YOU DIDN'T NEED TO GET THAT CLOSE TO BEGIN WITH." She's lucky the light turned green.
Well I should get moving..I have some live music awaiting me :)
