[drone filter]
...March 1st.
A year ago today, I woke up in Mayfield for the first time.
A lot's happened since then. Chris and Wesker both came and went. I somehow got sent back home and taken back here, all without remembering it. I've made and lost a lot of new friends.
I know most of you haven't been here as long as I have. And I want to you to know that, even though I've been here for a lot longer than I'd have liked, it hasn't been a complete waste. We've learned things. We know Grady isn't invicible now. We know that Milkman isn't working for him and the mayor, and more importantly...
We know that little drone girl is involved somehow. Lucy Smith. She was the one who... "punished" Grady when he pulled that stunt with the murders. I don't know who she is or what makes her special, but I think it's clear she's got some kind of hold over him and the mayor.
I'm starting to think something might be weird about the Smiths. Normally, when new people show up, they take the place of the drones living in a house, right? But... It's taken me a while to notice, but I don't think any of us have ever lived at 501 Ricardo. It's the one house where the drones haven't disappeared.
I'll be frank. I think we should investigate the four of them- John, Jane, Lucy, and Billy. It's possible they might have some answers we've been overlooking so far. Going in guns blazing would be nice, but I don't think it'd be smart. We're not sure what any of them can do, but if it's like Grady, violence won't work. Maybe if we talk to them, we can weedle some information that we couldn't get out of Grady.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't intend to be stuck here next year as well.
