Mouse asleep in Salene's room
Mouse stirred in her sleep. Faintly she heard loud music, but wasn't awake enough to know where it was coming from. Images were filling her head. A dream that floated through her mind. She saw the pit again as she was hung above it. Dark and evil. Then Nanny's silly grin as she told her about the vacation. She hid her face in the pillow. Trying to block the images even as she was still fast asleep. A voice kept shouting through her head GO AWAY! Then she fell back into a deep sleep...
