One Thing At A Time

Mouse was rather depressed. Siva's idea to make a banner for Cloe had been great fun to begin with, but now it was becoming a burden. Gel was being really nice and trying to get the rest of the Mallrats to sign it, but some of them were being really rude about it. This bothered Mouse. Left and right everyone was talking about the Tribal Leader vote. If you couldn't even get your entire Tribe to sign a Get Well Banner without throwing an attitude what's the point? Obviously some didn't feel like a Tribe. That had to be taken care of first. PEOPLE had to be taken care of first. Not some high up position that almost always gets abused.

Mouse remembered her first Tribe. Just because someone appointed themselves leader they had a habit of believing that they had the right over someone. That they OWNED them. They could yell at them whenever they wanted. Beat them whenever they wanted. Just because things were not going the way they wanted them to. Mouse knew this was wrong.

Mouse had never really known another Tribal Leader. She never had considered Salene one. Salene took care of her so she listened to her. Well...most of the time. Ram was a Tribal Leader and looked what happened there!

Mouse decided this voting things would turn out for the worst...

She didn't get a chance to say anything last night, but she was determined to get her word in this morning. If she didn't then obviously no one considered her a part of the Tribe and if that happened...
