sneaking out
May glanced around the café once more. She had noticed that Salene left, noting that Dax had said something about Moz. Now would be the perfect time to sneak out and hopefully be back before anyone noticed. With that she slipped out the door and headed towards the exit on this floor. She constantly looked around her to make sure that no one was playing any attention to her. Watching Salene, Dax and Moz go towards Sal’s office, and Jack and Anna, then Jack suddenly running away, she knew no one was paying any attention to her. Slipping out the doors, she moved away from the mall.
She tried to make it not look like she was nervous or acting suspicious, but she wanted to make sure that no one was following her. Keeping a moderate pace, she made her away through the market and towards the nearest Zapper area. Her hands shoved into her pockets, her fingers toyed with the bandana inside. Maybe she could figure out some more about what was going on.. and hopefully get back before the wedding.
