Last 2 weeks , I've been doing some tempo runs. My knee has not trouble me too much.
My runs feel good, legs feel strong, recovery times are shorter, it feels good overall.
Saturady , I ran 12 miles ,Sunday I ran 18 miles. Today is a rest Day. Gym and Core work out.

http://www.texasmarathon.com/TMhalf.htmwhich I intend to qualify for Boston, and remain after this last Marathon doing some tempo/speed to raise my treshold.
1.6 years ago, I busted my knee (injury) by running way to fast without warming up.
Easy week, and back to coaching after Spring Brake.
