So much unspoken in this fic - why Ron wears gloves (they help him grip?), what troubles Charlie and Percy so badly, etc. But a nice little snapshot of postwar angst and hope.

I loved the imagery in the flashback in the beginning. Very vivid.
I'm left with so many questions after this fic but this was an intriguing glimpse into post-war life.

um yeah...the unanswered questions were mainly the reason why I was a bit unsure about this fic. I wanted to leave some things unsaid but at the same time have it flow properly as a story. I'm glad you liked the dream/flashback sequence at the start and thanks for commenting.

What an intriguing story! So many tidbits to tempt our imaginations...the battle, what happened to Harry, to Ron...and Ron's hands. I loved the idea of the gloves...and the image of scads of them flying about in response to Ron's Accio...

So many vivid details...Lavender at the pub, Ron so used to collecting Charlie there...finding Percy instead. And Ron wearing Harry's too small jumper...whoa. I enjoyed this! Excellent work!
