Ok so I figured I would share my pain with the world at large.
In February of 2004, I sold a car with a dead engine to some dude who answered an ad. He had to tow the car away from the mechanic where it had been for weeks, and i got a new car.
Last week, i got a letter in the mail that in October 2004, someone with my old plates and old car got a parking ticket. In Miamisburg...and I'm responsible, because the idiot is driving around with my old plates. What a moron...and the real kicker???...THAT IDIOT DIDN'T TRANSFER THE TITLE UNTIL NOVEMBER 04!!!!! I can't prove I didn't even own the car. I've never even fucking BEEN to Miamisburg.
