Hi, new to the community, long time watcher. I wrote a BSG Kara/Leoben fic for my friend for Christmas, and I thought I'd share it here with like-minded fans. Enjoy!

sees Leoben still standing over the running sink. His spine glows red through his thin T-shirt and he’s murmuring to himself, over and over. It sounds like he’s praying.
omg that image is so beautiful.. i love the spine-glowing red thing for some reason. i really hope they'd show it with Leoben some time this season.. Six and Sharon have this for the fanboys, why can't fangirls have that with Leoben? ;P

he growls, hate blooming in his voice, and Kara wants to kiss him so badly she feels sick with it.
and
she’s let him beat her to blood and bone because violence is all he understands and even after all this, she’s nearly blind with tears and sweat and love for him.
and the role-reversal is chilling and yet lyrical in a strange way. and her dreams of their other lives.. those are just such exquisite shards..

“Please,” he says and Kara feels his arms tremble. She holds her breath and thinks of all the different ways she could use this to hurt him and there are so many.the way the forgiveness happens, i've never read anything like

All these different layers you have here--past, present and future--they meshed together so beautifully, and still there's so much we don't know about their fates.

Thanks so much! I think that at a certain point, all the anger and pain and angst become too much and falls away, and all that's left is love. And if anyone could prove that theory, it's Kara and Leoben.
