He pointed then to the moon, it was full and without a cloud in sight to block its radience. Next to it, just to the right was a little star.
"See that, from here it looks like the moon is the most powerful force in the sky, far strong than that little star. But in reality, the star is probably even more powerful than our sun. And even the moon itself is just a hollow reflection of the Sun we can't see right now."
"What does that mean?"
"It means you can't judge strength by what you see right in front of you. This man, he may seem like a king now. But he will pass and the world will move on, the true power you seek is past him, far away. He doesn't want you to see this, but all the illusions he creates wont change reality."

I saw the news today, I hadn't watched it in a long time. Not much seemed to change. People argued in the senate, CNN took one side, Fox news took the other side, and I got board very quickly.
I watch the Simpsons, I know it isn't funny anymore. But I keep comming back because I think, yeah, come on, this may be a good one tonight. The last really great episode was two years ago when Homer bought an SUV. That was their best episode I thought.
Mars Volta is gone from my computer. I tried getting into them, and for a second I started liking some of their music. But then I put in Alice In Chains, and it was like looking up from Jerry Fowell to see God shaking his head at me for listening to such crap. So that was the end of thet.
Saturday night live is still on the air? I havn't heard anything about that show in years. I think it must work the same way as the Simpsons, it just engrained itself so deep in pop culture that you have to slash and burn it to finally get it out.
Well now I'm just babbling, I feel horrible that I didn't say goodbye to Cody before he left. Then Adam told me I was always welcome at Cody's house. That made me feel even worse. I have a big fear of people forgetting about me if i'm gone for too long. I'm scared to death to go to Florida for christmas for that reason, and that is why I thought it critical to say goodbye before he left. Everyone will tell me it's just paranoia, but then I picture the world moving on when i'm dead and that just ruins the whole night.
How did Harry Potters glasses stay on that whole movie? That really bothered me, flying on his broom, swimming underwater, they never moved. At the end I could tell it was all just special effects because there was only a little smudge on his face, his glasses were perfectly fine. If they are enchanted, or no matter how lame the explanation, I would just like the characters on screen to acknowledge that it is happening. Annoyed me the whole second half of the movie.
AND I AM SICK AND FUCKING TIRED OF THE SAME DAMN OPERA SCORE FOR EVERY FANTASY/ADVENTURE MOVIE!!! THE PREVIEW FOR NARNIA HAS THE SAME GOD DAMN OPERA SONG THAT I HEARD BACK IN THE MOIVES WHEN I WAS A KID... AND EVERY FUCKING MOVIE SINCE THEN.
Would it kill them to make something original. It's bad enough that every big movie now is either a remake or from a book, or a sequil. But they dont have to use cliche music along with the movies to.
I'll leave you all with this funny little clip.
