Here is what Philosophy is.
Man 1: There is no universal truth.
Man 2: But, if there is no universal truth, then that is a universal truth.

And that is philosophy.
The defence of marriage act says that states dont have to recognize the marriages of another state. But what about other countries? If a gay couple from Canada came to live in a state other than Massechusets, would there marriage be legal.
Certainly most of america would not approve of it. I could see a case like that going to the supreme court. Of course the court would not favor the side of the couple, but it would be the talk of the town for a week.
I had a dream about Jessica Alba. It was her from back when she was cute, Idle Hands Jessica Alba. In my dream, the built up sexual desires in her were so strong that they were manifested into creatures that killed those around her. She ended up having sex wth me to release the tension and drive them away. But in doing so, the creatures turned on her, and killed her.
The cover of Korn's new cd looks like a cross between Alice in Wonderland and Untouchables. I hope the cd cover doesn't turn out to be the best thing about that cd. But with their new single, i'm not getting my hopes up.
Christmas will suck this year.
Adam's music has been growing on me. Before I didn't think of them as a band. The practices were just something that they did at Hazels. I guess its because they feel more like a band now. Their music has advanced a lot from the first sessions with Cody.
I get board of things very easily. I didn't notice until adam said it made him mad. It worries me because i've noticed it in everything. People, music, even little things reading and studying when I should. I have very strong, very quiet obsessions, then move on to another one. Eventualy comming back to that one, and moving on again in a cycle. If I ever acted on these impulses, I would only end up hurting someone. I think this is a reason I tend to keep distant, even when it seems like I'm not.
This is also how I ended up with hundreds of cds I never listen to. But now Downloading has saved me a lot of money. Right now my music obsession is Bauhaus. I know I'll get board of them my next week. Just like last weeks obsession of Emperor. But for now I think they are brilliant. Next week looks like KMFDM, but its hard to look beyond Spy in the Cab and Nerves.
