Figured out how to do a Gibson Girl hairstyle yesterday, which inspired an impromptu photo shoot! These are just some of the things I'll be wearing at World Steam Expo this year...at least, I think. I'm still working on accessories, so things are a bit bare in that department...

I love the outfits, and I like the whole getup, but I'm not sure I dig the hair as much. Maybe I'm not used to seeing it like that. XD (Or more likely than not it's not the time period I was born for, like you were born for it <3) The first hairstyle I think of is the one Kiera Knightly wears in Pride & Prejudice :D Which will most likely be my hairstyle on the airship. It would make sense, since I was a very wealthy young woman and wore dresses all the time. :D

HOWEVER - to add onto this, lol - I think it suits you. I can't imagine it on myself, the shape of my face would make it look quite scary!

Lol, yeah, you're definitely more suited to the Regency styles. :)
