My stubborn dad rejects his medicine and doctors

My dad's stubborn refusal to take his medicine and see his doctors drives me crazy. :(( The past 2 years, I've helped take 4 members of my family to the hospital---both my parents and 2 uncles. All of them would fight their doctors, nurses, and me---consistently rejecting medical advice and treatment. Now my dad is in bad shape, but he again

I empathize. Sorry to hear about your stubborn mom. It's frustrating to hell when I'm in medicine and all my relatives, including my parents, won't listen to me when I try to help.

I don't think things will work out. He keeps getting worse and worse.

I'm sorry to hear about that :( I know you've had a frustrating time with that sort of thing. My grandma was kind of like that, and my mom told me it was painful to watch her deteriorate...like she was giving up :(
