Just saw the pilot episode of Showtime's new TV drama, "Nurse Jackie," starring Edie Falco of the "Sopranos." You'll love it! Top-notch writing, acting, and humor. Complex characters. Jackie is a tough, take-charge, NYC ER nurse who is smarter than the young, clueless doctors. She breaks rules to get patients their care, is addicted to pain meds, and is having an affair on the side. She's no saint and very believable. Watch the full episode here:
