That is hard. Well I workout for at least one hour and 15 minutes sometimes one hour and 20 minutes and it's tough LOL Lately I have been re-incorporating HIIT and sometimes cardio for 45 minutes and it is challenging. I'm not sure how they expect older people to exercise for one hour.
Don't worry, Haole! You do WAY more than other women your age. I think their study probably means people who WALK for an hour, not ones who have been lifting weights since they were teens or who do HIIT. Hehe....
