Well, you already know this...but I've been a runner for about ten years and I did that whole marathon thing!

I've never tried triathlons before, mainly because I'd need some serious swimming workouts! Good luck!

Hey Susan! Yes, that's awesome! I may be asking you for advice. Thank you. I just ordered a really good book on the "Total Immersion" swimming method, to increase swimming efficiency.

Hi! Sorry, it's finals time out here, so I've been busy studying for my last finals as an undergrad (until nursing school, of course!). I'm definitely interested in at least the syllabi from pathophysiology and pharmacology so I can see what to expect in a few months! I've never been one to use voice recorders, so I'll probably hold off on that until I see how classes are going. My email is spass@umd.edu
