I reviewed what I wrote previously and the title of this entry was my reaction to re-reading it. I meant for it to be illuminating but it looked to be quite down. Yikes! Not the case at all.
I've been managing to stay active lately, although not in the vein that I would entirely wish to be. The gamer I am has been gorged on Modern Warfare 2 for the past week with Assassin's Creed 2 coming out today. It has been getting to the extent that I'm starting to be able to draw attack plans on napkins including rough maps. I don't know if I'd consider that bad yet, others might, but not I. The reason being is because I recently joined a gym. With a little over a month before I leave Iowa for Indiana, I thought it best to get back into shape for the job I do (not that I was ever that far out). I'm looking forward to climbing towers again, it'll be interesting considering it'll be during the Winter time. One reprieve that I do have about where I'm going is that I'll only be an hour and a half from Chicago, so if I do ever get the wild hair I'll go see some bands/concerts.
So yeah, gaming and exercising, crazy right? I'm finding all these little things to do that needed to be completed prior to mobilizing again. I was working on a project for a friend but I think what I'll do instead is recoup it for myself and/or transfer it to someone else. Gotta contact my company's investment firm to get some retirement stuff rearranged. Doctors appointments to go through so I can go to the Dentist. And then come Mid-December I'll have to sort and pack for the move out to Indiana. My life may not be exciting but it is always mobile.
Later Folks...
