Okay, I have really got to start be good about this. I usually don't think I have stuff worthy of posting and think who the heck is going to want to read about me.
But if I don't post anything, your not going to know anything, and who knows maybe it will be interesting to you.
So did you all watch the opening and closing ceremonies of the olympics? I think they were stupendous. All of those people doing all of those things, in such close precision. Just freaking amazing. I even told Brian, if I ever would buy a dvd of any olympics, it would be this one. So go USA and win more in London in 2012.
I saw who is going to be on the next DWtS, and to be honest a few of the names really shocked me. Susan Lucci, Toni Braxton, Lance Bass. Cloris Leachman, Kim Kardashian, Ted McGinley-(I knew I knew this name, but i couldn't put my finger on where i knew him from, so i had to look this one up but after i read who he was I realized that i recognized the name from Married with Children he was marcy's second husband the deadbeat, Brooke Burke -her i didn't know either, she was co-emcee of the rockstar INXS 05 and 06 seasons which i think i saw maybe 30 seconds of in passing thru the channels, Warren Sapp (he's an nfl person), Misty May-Treanor, one of our beach volleyball gold medalists, Maurice Greene another gold medalist in track from Sydney, Australia, chef Rocco DiSpirito Cody Linley of "Hannah Montana" and comedian Jeffrey Ross will hit the floor on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars." They are getting watched more and more.
I am waiting for AI because you all know I am an addict and they've added a 4th judge for this coming 8th season. Kara DioGuardi. DioGuardio's songs have been recorded by Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Celine Dion, Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood and Pink, among others. Her recent Top 40 hits include Stefani's "Rich Girl," Aguilera's "Ain't No Other Man," Clarkson's "Walk Away" and Dion's "Taking Chances." In 2000, the New York-born songwriter and longtime friend Abdul co-wrote the dance tune "Spinning Around" for Aussie pop star Kylie Minogue. Wonder how 4 judges are going to work, how will you break a tie?
