This is how I like my Hayato/Ryu-angsty, somewhat romantic and with them being unsure and idiots. Just everything about this was perfect. ♥.

Hayato’s heart still aches every time someone mentions Take’s name and he grabs hold of Ryu’s hand to try to take the edge of the pain.

It's such a touching line because it shows Hayato as a human and more than just an ex high school delinquent.

akdjngaer, I watch Gokusen II all the time. Sometimes I put it on as background noise when I'm busy with something in my room but I always end up standing in the middle of the floor staring at the TV.

I stumbled upon this by pure chance and I just wanted to say how much I liked it. Hayato/Ryu has got to be one of my favourite pairings ever because of that underlying tension/chemistry that they have, and you managed to bring it across so well here.

I'm going to friend you so that I can keep up with your writing if you don't mind. :)
