my forst big stuff up!
ok it had to happen. i stuffed up for the first time at my job today!
i told a customer they could have an install for today and i forgot to book it. i my defence it was on my fisrt day and i didn't really know what the hell i was doing. we this man is VERY angry with me. i have had my ear chewed off twice today already and i have yet to thave the final talk with him to tell him. sorry dude you wardrobe will be installed on tuesday. as monday is a holiday. have a nice weekend! oh and yes this man is very vocal. profesional but very vocal! and i have to sit there and take it doh!
ahhhh but at the end of the day it is a wardrobe organiser right, not a plastic heart.
