I totally wrote a journal last night on my phone! But the app I was using glitched and it didn't post, and instead vanished forever :(
Today today today... what was up with today? I don't hardly remember much of today. I did get a bit of work done, which was good... got a check from Ryan and deposited so my account is finally in the black again which is good! Did some dishes, made eggs, had Taco Johns...
Ryan and I are doubtful we can get any sort of worthwhile price out of the crib right at the moment, so we're looking at rental again. I talked with my mom about that a good deal today and found that one of my parents very good friends (who lives in the neighborhood) owns several rental properties and would probably be happy to act as a mentor on the process! This is an exciting prospect and makes me feel much more warm fuzzy about the whole thing. I want to set up with a meeting with her and go over the property and talk things over. Could work out really good for us in the long term.
Also today, I tried out Terraria, which is basically 2d minecraft, also TOTALLY AWESOME. Ryan and I played it all night. I didn't want to stop. THE END.
