lost day?

Yesterday was weird! I woke up feeling ultra groggy, and snoozed for an hour, then fell back asleep for another hour, and then woke up feeling generally emotionally messed up. I suppose the best way to explain it was like waking up from a nightmare, where you're just filled with dread even though you know it's not real... except in this case there was no nightmare. I just spent the first 30 minutes of my day feeling shitty. Then... I got better!

So, I was going to get some work done in the morning but between the snoozage and the wonky, it just didn't really happen. After that it was off to Ames to hang out with Friend Liz and see if I could get her car started. It did start okay, but something messed up with the front right wheel, either tie-rod end or ball joint, I'm fairly certain. I deemed it unsafe to drive :\

I pigged out a bit because there's a mongolian grill + buffet + all you can eat sushi place nearby that's decent and affordable. Mmmmmmm everything! We also got a game of League of Legends in, which I totally haven't played in months! Also, her ferrets were adorable as always!

they had a dinner to go to at 8, so I came home and raced some. Then... for some reason I didn't fall asleep. I spent the night basically just browsing the web and eventually crashed at 7, then woke up at noon.

Because of that, today I just never managed to draw upon the willpower to get myself moving. Did some race practice, some chatting, some reading of the internets... I did managed to get the dishes done in there somewhere! That's pretty much it!

Now I'm tired, and I'm going to bed. My alarm clock is set to the normal time and I'm hoping to reset tomorrow back to work mode. In order to help myself kick off right off the bat, I'm doing the thinking right now, when I'm conscious, of what I need to do in the morning!

1)wake up, shower, make breakfast
2)get Adam's two Dell machines up for sale on Craigslist
3)invoice Jeff
4)clean room and line up anything else that can be sold
5)work on business plan stuff until lunch
6)go to the gym, followed by getting lunch
