but it's all right now, in fact it's a gas
i filled up my car this week for $1.81/gal. i haven't seen those gas prices in california in ten years... back in teh wild 'n' crazee 1998. in fact, i have a distinct memory of pulling up to that exxon-mobil station off of the 101 in arcata, halfway filled with dread, because unleaded 87 was posted at a whopping expense of $1.89/gal. at the time this seemed ALL HELLA EXPENSIVE when compared with the fact that i'd just spent the previous summer in virginia capriciously fueling my car to the tune of a mere $0.98/gal. OHELO mr. alexander hamilton, won't you cover this tank for me?
