I'm housebound. Well, apartment-bound. In theory the rest of my furniture will be delivered today. They said they need a 4hr window - between Noon and 4pm. Last time, they arrived at 6pm. I figure it'll be much the same this time. But I'm getting my two leather chairs. YAY!

Psht. Four hours my ass. At least they give you a smaller timeline. My cable company tells me to expect them sometime between 10am and 5pm.

Yeah, because I have no life and therefore have nothing better to do than wait for them to hop their happy asses over to my place to plug in a damn wire.

Well, for what it's worth, the furniture never arrived. At 8pm even my optimism gave out. Of course, by that time the store was closed.

Can't wait to have a friendly chat with the manager...
