Okay so I floated off the map again.
Maybe you've been to my house lately, it's likely. But the intimacies of my mind have been privy to but one person... Noah? Oh no, not really. A girl at work, Krystal. Weird.
Bachelorette went pretty well. My mom got drunk playing "I never" it was awesome. Totally made up for the whole ten minutes I spent in Element. Now crunch time to Shan's wedding. She bought a new dress, if you didn't know already. And maybe you didn't know that i bought her first one. Burn. I NEVER got mad at her, but still she got upset when I told her yesterday (when she asked) that I liked the first one better. She told me from here on in I have to just agree with her. I think that's supposed to be one of my responsibilities as maid of honor.
The whole thing just makes me pretty satisfied with not getting married... ever. Been part-way down that road and I don't really see the whole benefit in retrospect and with seeing how Shannon's life is. It's useless tradition that my sister is living up to now and I can laze over, just to mix it up. Besides, I have all the benefits... a house husband, free love, and a nephew who calls me auntie, even if I have no blood relation to him. For that sake make it two nephews, cuz the other one won't know any different by the time he learns to talk. Course by that time I make have a blood nephew or neice and that child will be SPOILED by auntie Shauna... not that Felix and Oliver aren't.
Yup, it's a happy 'accomplishment' for me, but I will always air on the side of inpermanence.
My great accomplishment of the week is earning the honour of two months as clinical coordinator for my workplace. Uhhh... wow. I have actually amazed myself.
