i was so mad i didn't know 3 songs that they performed! in any case...it was great! shania knows how to perform well w/ her fans...she's doin a charity w/ the 2nd harvest food bank, and so someone was able to meet her via a lottery...so she took time to meet up w/ a family of 3 gals (i guess all three were able to go up)...and they took a polaroid while on stage! the view was spectacular! even though i was in 425 J-3, i was still able to see her! the entire stage was a gigantic oval smack in the center...and so for every song, she would walk/prance around touching hands, signing things, all while singing (and she was sick too! bless her soul!)...she even had a little girl sing "don't be stupid!" w/ her...and the girl was like, yeah i know the lyrics...but then they started singing, and she was like...errrrr...and everyone laughed, it was cute...she was cute too...hohohohoh! kidding kidding...
but the last pair of people she brought up were these two incredibly gorgeous ladies who were all decked out in cowgirlish stuff...it was cool! oh man, i wish i had the money to be in the pit!!!! they even gave shania a shirt! shizZam! anyway...sat next to a friendly old guy and 2 middle aged drunk women...didn't make friends w/ the drunks...although i wanted to steal their drinks...=D...but the older man was exceptionally cool....his grand daughter (she was at least 20! jeeez...the looks i get from SOME people! xP) was really dope! nice gal.
all in all...a WONDERFUL night! it felt kinda weird being the only guy really singing the words and dancing to the ish...but hey, when you're as cool as me, you don't really care if you're singing things like "any man of mine better walk the line / better show me a teasin' squeezin' pleasin' kinda time" or "I realized i forgot my purse / with all this stress i must confess / this could be worse than pms"
that's right you bitches...i was singing those words...and i was dam proud too...i've been waiting one fourth of my life to see her live, and i wasn't gonna back down and not sing w/ her for anything. =D
