if you have a mac, go to versiontracker.com or macupdate.com and download Windows Media Player (the mac version).

well, you have to right click on the link (for the video), download the streaming file to the desktop, then open the file (with WMP). it then connects to the server that the video is stored on and runs it from there. i got it to work for me after the first try, although it was a little slow.
