(no subject)
It's been a long week. And it's only Wednesday...lol...At least I have some fun stuff to do this weekend and next week...well, on Saturday Ash is having a party at her apartment, so I'll be heading over there after work - can't miss a chance to party with that girl...Sunday I have work, but then Monday is my BIRTHDAY! I'll be old. 23. It feels like I just turned 21 yesterday...time's flying by so quickly. It's almost scary. But at least I'm really enjoying my twenties. I'm glad I can say that.
Oh, and I saw Coldplay on Sunday the 7th. Definitely ranks up there as one of the best live shows I've seen...not as high as Bowie and U2, but it was damn good. I seriously don't know what I'd do if I didn't have music in my life. To just be at a show, and to feel the music, and to remember significant moments in your life where that particular music was playing - it's one of the greatest feelings in the world. I'm really happy I was able to go to this one. It really made me smile.
I'm also really excited about moving to Philly. I'm scared, too. But mostly I'm excited. It's nice that I have a good enough relationship with my brother for him to let me move in. It'll be ok. We're fairly mellow people. And when we're not feeling so mellow, that's when we pull the bong out of the closet...lol...It's definitely gonna be an experience...
I've just been in a really good mood lately. I just have so much to look forward to in the next few months. Right now is a good time to be alive. Wish I had someone to share it with, though. Maybe I will someday soon.
