Another Night of Theatre.
Last night was so emotional for me. My school, friends and colleagues opened Beth Henley's "Crimes of the Heart." I can't say how much I love it, because that would be putting it so lightly. I fell back into a place in my life when I remember first doing that show with Lara. The characters came alive before my very eyes and it was so beautiful. At first, I had reservations because of seeing it would the already fabulous Stephanie, Vanessa, Judy, and Catherine. And directed meticulously by Lara. I couldn't have been more pleased when my friends, my USM family told one of the most beautiful southern stories with such grace, such ability. It truly was an extraordinary night of theatre. This show brought me back to a place in my life that was wonderful, explorative, creative, interesting, and beautiful. Tonight, I get to reunite with my Robyn, and my BLT loves. Joel, Joey, Keith. Hopefully Mandy. I miss her to pieces. It shall be good.
